3 Day Benelux Edition with Sports Cars (Luxemburg)

The 3-Day Benelux Edition is an exclusive road trip for a maximum of 20 sports cars. During this fully organised tour, we will drive through the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, including Eifel National Park, and Luxembourg. You will discover fantastic driving roads, charming villages and panoramic views, while staying at two unique locations along the way. The tour is all about driving pleasure, great company and enjoying an unforgettable weekend with fellow car enthusiasts.

The Benelux Edition takes place from Thursday, March 18 until Saturday, March 20, 2027. We will depart from South Limburg on Thursday morning and conclude the tour in the same region on Saturday afternoon.

We will start with a group breakfast at a unique location in South Limburg. After three wonderful days of driving through four countries, the tour will finish at approximately 2:00 PM on Saturday in the beautiful and welcoming region of South Limburg.

The tour is almost fully inclusive. You will receive 2 overnight stays in four-star hotels, 2 breakfast buffets at the hotels, a group welcome breakfast on day 1, 3 lunches during the routes, 2 three-course dinners, three fully planned road trips, GPX routes, a programme booklet, guidance from experienced tour guides, professional photography, a professional aftermovie and, of course, a welcoming group of sports car enthusiasts.

During this edition, you will stay at two exceptional locations. On the first night, we will stay at the luxurious four-star Château d'Urspelt in Luxembourg. On the second night, we will stay at the beautiful Landgoed Altenbroek, located in the heart of the Voer region. Both accommodations are known for their excellent service, comfortable rooms and unique surroundings.

The price is €1,799 per team of 2 people. When you register, you only pay a deposit. The remaining balance is paid at a later date. This allows you to reserve your place without having to pay the full amount immediately.

When booking, you only pay a deposit of €412.25. Once your registration has been officially confirmed, you will automatically receive further information regarding payment of the remaining balance.

On average, we drive approximately 300 kilometres per day. The route is divided into several stages, with plenty of breaks for coffee, lunch, photography and refuelling. This keeps the tour relaxed and allows you to fully enjoy both the driving and the surroundings.

This road trip is designed for people who enjoy life and have a passion for sports cars. The average participant is between 40 and 50 years old and enjoys beautiful driving routes, good company, excellent food and relaxed travel. Our participants are not racing against the clock. Instead, they enjoy the route, the surroundings and each other's company.

Yes. The route has been carefully planned and follows well-maintained paved roads. Modern sports cars, GT cars and exclusive classic cars can all participate without any problems. Naturally, your vehicle must be in good technical condition.

Absolutely. A professional photographer and videographer will travel with us throughout the road trip. Action shots, atmospheric photos and video footage will be captured at various locations along the route. Afterwards, you will receive the photos and a professional aftermovie as a lasting memory of the weekend.

Yes. Every participant receives the GPX routes and a detailed programme booklet in advance. This allows you to easily load the route into your navigation system and gives you a clear overview of what to expect during the weekend.

Yes. Parking is available for the participating cars at both hotels. Although we naturally take great care around all vehicles, we always recommend using suitable vehicle security, such as an SCM Class 4 or SCM Class 5 security system, and not leaving valuable belongings visible inside the car.

Yes, we strongly recommend this. Good travel and cancellation insurance may provide cover in the event of unexpected medical situations, cancellations, lost luggage, vehicle breakdowns or other unforeseen circumstances. This allows you to travel with greater peace of mind.

We carefully prepare every route. However, weather conditions, roadworks, events or other unforeseen circumstances may require us to deviate from the original plan. In that situation, our tour guides will provide a suitable alternative. The attitude of our participants is simple: go with the flow, enjoy life and make it a fantastic experience together.

There is no need to worry if this is your first FancyCarTours road trip. Following our routes is easy. You will receive the GPX routes and a programme booklet from us in advance. Most participants use the BikeGPX app or a navigation system such as TomTom or Garmin.

Are you using BikeGPX? We will provide you with a QR code or GPX file that you can easily import. During the drive, simply follow the red line on the screen. Do you accidentally take a wrong turn? No problem. You can easily return to the route. Other participants and our tour guides will also be driving with you, so you will never be driving alone for long.

We are also happy to help you install and test the route in advance, allowing you to begin the road trip without any concerns.

Although we naturally hope that everyone can enjoy the road trip without any problems, a breakdown can unfortunately always happen. We therefore advise every participant to check in advance that their vehicle is covered by suitable roadside assistance and travel insurance.

Should you experience technical problems during the tour, our tour guides will of course assist wherever possible by helping you find a local garage or towing service. However, the technical handling, repairs and any associated costs remain your responsibility and should be covered by your own roadside assistance or travel insurance.

Depending on the situation, we will work with you to determine whether you can rejoin the group later that day or during the next stage. We will do everything reasonably possible to help your road trip continue as smoothly as possible.

Fuel, toll roads, road vignettes, parking fees and other personal expenses are generally not included, unless explicitly stated otherwise for the relevant edition.

You are responsible for paying these expenses during the road trip. This allows you to remain in control of your personal spending. Every FancyCarTours edition clearly states what is and is not included in the tour price, so you know exactly what to expect in advance.

Absolutely. It is not a problem if you do not yet know exactly which car you will use when registering. You can reserve your place now and provide us with the final vehicle details at a later date.

Are you changing cars at a later stage? Please inform us in good time so that we can update the participant list and any relevant organisational information. This secures your place while allowing you to remain flexible in your choice of sports car.

Unfortunately, pets are not permitted on our multi-day road trips. This is partly due to the policies of the hotels in which we stay, the shared lunch and dinner locations and the overall tour programme.

This allows us to ensure that all participants can enjoy a relaxed and fully organised road trip without any concerns. We therefore recommend arranging suitable care for your pet in advance.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link to your personal booking page. This page contains the most important details of your reservation.

Approximately two weeks before the start of the tour, you will be added to a read-only WhatsApp group. We will use this group to share practical updates and important announcements regarding the road trip.

The remaining information, the routes and the final programme will be sent to you by email no later than four days before departure. This ensures that you have everything you need in good time to prepare for the tour.
