Schloss Lieser is a historic castle from the 19th century that has been transformed into a luxury hotel with elegantly and luxuriously furnished rooms. The castle is located in the heart of the Moselle region and offers spectacular views of the Moselle River and the surrounding vineyards. In addition to the restaurant and bar, the hotel also has a Spa & Wellness area, fitness center, indoor swimming pool, and various treatment rooms for ultimate relaxation.
Day 1: Departure from Vaals via the Ardennes to Schloss Lieser

Enjoy a beautiful route from Vaals to Schloss Lieser via the picturesque Ardennes. During the drive, you can marvel at breathtaking views of the surroundings. After about two hours of driving, we'll make a stop for lunch. Then we'll drive for another hour and a half on the beautiful back roads of the Ardennes before arriving at the hotel. Afterwards, we can enjoy dinner.
Day 2: Driving through the Eifel

The landscapes are breathtaking and offer an unparalleled driving experience. The Eifel has many charming villages and historical attractions that participants can discover during the ride.
The picturesque villages are a delight to the eye, and the historical attractions provide insight into the rich history of the region.
After about two hours of driving, we make a stop to enjoy a delicious lunch. This gives participants the opportunity to relax and share their experiences so far.
Then we continue our journey through the Eifel, via beautiful roads that lead us towards Schloss Lieser. The natural beauty and challenging roads make this route an unforgettable experience for the participants.
In the evening, we'll sit down for dinner again.
Day 3: The Moselle
Driving through the beautiful landscapes of the Moselle is once again an experience you won't soon forget. The winding roads along the river offer a breathtaking view of the picturesque villages and vineyards that stretch across the hills. After about 2 hours of driving, we will stop again for lunch.

The 3-Day German Eifel–Moselle Edition is an exclusive multi-day road trip organized by FancyCarTours. From October 9 to October 11, 2026, you will enjoy spectacular driving routes through the Eifel and Moselle regions in Germany, combined with luxury accommodation, great food, and unforgettable driving experiences.
The event takes place from October 9 to October 11, 2026. This includes two overnight stays and three full days of driving through some of Germany’s most scenic regions.
We will stay for two nights at the luxurious Castle Schloss Lieser. This historic 19th-century castle has been transformed into a high-end hotel featuring elegant rooms, a spa & wellness area, indoor swimming pool, fitness center, restaurant, and bar, all overlooking the Moselle River and surrounding vineyards.
The route includes some of the most beautiful roads in the Eifel and Moselle regions. We will pass through well-known locations such as Eifel Nature Park, Monschau, Cochem, Monreal, and drive along the scenic banks of the Moselle River.
Day 1 starts in Vaals, from where we drive via the Ardennes towards Schloss Lieser. The first day already offers beautiful scenery and enjoyable driving roads.
On average, we cover about 200–300 kilometers per day. Our days usually start between 9 and 10 in the morning and end around 5 PM, including lunch breaks, scenic stops, and time to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
The price includes two overnight stays at Schloss Lieser, three lunches during the drives, two breakfast buffets, two dinners (drinks not included), three full-day tours, guidance from experienced tour guides, professional photography, GPX routes, and a detailed program book.
The price for two people is €2248 / £2155.12. You pay €449 / £431.02 upfront, and the remaining amount can be paid later.
